Corporate (non-client) accreditation
This is for public sector organisations seeking to employ Systems Thinking and the Vanguard Method with minimal support from Vanguard. Corporate (non-client) accreditation gives the organisation access to Vanguard's expertise, enabling them to use the Vanguard Method at a pace of their own choosing.
Making use of Vanguard's expertise in this way will neither be as fast nor as reliable as using Vanguard experts to apply the Vanguard Method. However, as Ackoff teaches us, if you are doing the right thing wrongly you will still learn, you cannot learn if you are doing the wrong thing righter. There are many mistakes that are predictable and common amongst those who are trying to employ Systems Thinking. Having access to minimal Vanguard support and all of Vanguard's expertise will increase the likelihood of success.
Corporate (non-client) accreditation is also highly suitable for organisations already employing people capable of applying the Vanguard Method, giving competent practitioners access to Vanguard's experts as required.

These programmes are exclusive to Vanguard, originally developed for Vanguard's internal training. They teach the core skills (intervention theory and systems thinking) and cover principles and practices for all of the steps in the Vanguard Method.
